Product Overview
The TVS Electronics LP 46 Dlite Plus is the connectivity-focused version of the LP 46 Dlite desktop label printer. It prints at 203 dpi at up to 152 mm per second (6 ips) with a maximum print width of 108 mm, and while USB is standard, the Plus is the model you specify when you need RS-232 serial, Ethernet, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The printhead is rated for 30 km of print, and ESC/POS emulation is supported, which helps when it has to slot in alongside existing POS equipment.
The extra interfaces are the whole point. A single-counter shop is fine on USB, but a warehouse with several packing stations, a multi-till retail floor, or an operation printing from a tablet needs the printer on a network or Bluetooth rather than tethered to one PC. That makes the Dlite Plus a good fit for Indian distributors, mid-size retail chains, 3PL despatch desks and manufacturers who want one shared label printer instead of one per workstation.

Why Choose This Product?
Choose the Dlite Plus over the standard Dlite for one reason: how the printer will be connected. If more than one person needs to print to it, or it must sit away from the PC that drives it, the serial, Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi options solve a problem a USB-only printer cannot. The 30 km printhead rating also lets you plan consumable replacement instead of discovering it during a busy week.
The honest caveat is that these interfaces are options, not one do-everything model. Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are configured variants, so decide before you order rather than after the box arrives. Tell us on WhatsApp how many stations will print and whether they are wired or wireless, and we will confirm the exact variant and availability. If only one PC will ever use it, the standard LP 46 Dlite does the same printing for less.
Applications
Multi-Station Warehouse Despatch
Put one networked printer between several packing benches instead of buying one for each. Ethernet keeps label output consistent across stations and simplifies driver management for your IT support.
Retail Chains with Multiple Tills
Share a single label printer across billing counters for price and shelf labels. ESC/POS emulation helps when the store already runs POS software written for existing thermal printers.
Garment and Apparel Tagging
Print barcode and price tags on synthetic stock using thermal transfer ribbon so the label survives handling and storage. The 300 m ribbon suits the long runs typical of a new-season stock intake.
Mobile and Tablet-Based Labelling
Where Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is specified, print from a tablet or handheld on the shop floor or in the yard, useful for stock audits and receiving away from a fixed workstation.
What's Included in the Box
Standard pack contains the printer, power adapter, USB cable and documentation. Label rolls and ribbons are ordered separately, and optional interfaces are configured at the time of supply. Confirm the exact pack and interface option with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How to Use
- Connect power, then connect over USB, or attach the network cable if your unit is the Ethernet variant.
- Install the TVS printer driver on each PC that will print, or add the printer by IP address for networked use.
- Open the cover, load the label roll, set the guides to your label width and fit the ribbon on the matching core.
- Close the cover and run a feed or calibration so the printer learns your label gap.
- Send a test label from each workstation, scan it, then release the printer for daily use.
