Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping is a flat ₹99 on every order across India. Orders are delivered in 8-10 working days.

Battery orders: products containing batteries ship by surface transport and may take 6–7 additional days.

Dispatch
Registered head office: 3, Suri Building, Semariya Chowk, Satna, Madhya Pradesh – 485001, India. Orders are dispatched from our hubs in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and pan-India warehouse partners.

Payment
All orders are prepaid via secure Razorpay checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Warranty on Defects
A minimum 15-day warranty covers manufacturing defects. Report any issue within 5 days of delivery and we will replace or repair defective products free of cost, with return shipping prepaid by us.

International Shipping
Shipped via UPS (or FedEx/DHL). Charges start at USD 20 and vary by weight and destination; delivery typically 2–8 days.
