Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed and delivered within 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) across India, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout based on your address and order value.

Delays and serviceability

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions or incorrect addresses. Some pin codes may not be serviceable. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply).
