Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard shipping — ₹99: delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999: delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Express / Air (Blue Dart) — from ₹99: varies by parcel weight; delivered within 5–7 working days.
Battery orders: products containing batteries ship by surface transport and may take 6–7 additional days.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Bengaluru unit at #112, Seaa Towers, Kavilakshmisha Road, VV Puram, Bangalore – 560004. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4 PM IST (stock permitting).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible pin codes (location dependent) and carries a ₹25 handling charge.
Warranty on Defects
A minimum 15-day warranty covers manufacturing defects. Report any issue within 5 days of delivery and we will replace or repair defective products free of cost, with return shipping prepaid by us.
International Shipping
Shipped via UPS (or FedEx/DHL). Charges start at USD 20 and vary by weight and destination; delivery typically 2–8 days.
