Product Overview

The DCode DCRP20 is a compact 2-inch direct thermal receipt printer built for the counter where space is tight and the bill needs to be in the customer's hand in seconds. It prints on ordinary 58 mm thermal rolls at 203 DPI and up to 90 mm/s, with no ink, no ribbon and no toner to buy again. The only running cost is the paper roll you already pick up from your local supplier.

It suits the everyday Indian retail counter: kirana and general stores, chemist shops, tea stalls and cafes, salons, small restaurants and courier drop points. Because it speaks ESC/POS and ships with drivers for Windows, Linux, Android and Mac, it plugs into the billing software most Indian shops already run — a desktop package on a counter PC or a billing app on an Android tablet. Why Choose This Product?

DCode is an Indian POS hardware brand, and that matters more than it sounds. Spares, service and a straight answer on a support call are easier to get from an Indian brand than from a grey-market import with no local presence. How to Use

1. Connect the power adaptor and plug the USB cable into your billing PC, or pair over Bluetooth if you have that variant.
2. Install the DCode DCRP20 driver, or select a generic ESC/POS printer in your billing software.
3. Lift the cover, drop in a 58 mm roll with the shiny printing side facing the head, pull a little paper out and close the cover.
4. Print a test page to check the roll is the right way round — if it comes out blank, the paper is flipped.
5. Set the paper width to 58 mm in your billing software and print one live bill to confirm alignment and the UPI QR.
