Last updated: 31 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of thetechdepot.in, operated by The Tech Genius (brand: Tech Depot India). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and password.

2. Products, pricing and orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and shipping method. A GST invoice is issued with every order; B2B customers can enter a valid GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit. We try to keep product, stock and price details accurate but errors may occur; we may correct them or cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by secure third-party gateway (Razorpay) — we do not store full card details. 100% payment is collected online at checkout via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

4. Cancellation, returns and shipping

You may cancel before dispatch. Returns and refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy. Delivery follows our Shipping Policy (within 7 working days in India).

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site or infringe our content. All store content and the Tech Depot India brand are our property or licensed to us.

6. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
