Refund and Return Policy
Tech Depot India follows a no-returns / no-replacement policy except in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. This policy applies to all orders placed on techdepot.in.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase.
How to raise a claim
- Email or WhatsApp +91 78285 34155 with your order number and photos.
- Once approved, we provide return instructions / a prepaid label.
- Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, custom or made-to-order products, personal-care items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
