Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Because many of our products are sensitive electronic components, the following applies:

1. Report window — 48 hours

Any damaged, defective, wrong or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to thetechgenius.in@gmail.com (or phone +91 78285 34155) with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for return

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, tags and the invoice.
  • Static-sensitive items must be returned in their original anti-static packaging.
  • Proof (photos or video) of the issue is required for approval.

3. Non-returnable items

Used or installed components, items damaged by mishandling or incorrect wiring, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

4. How to request a return

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  2. We review and, if approved, share return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we approve the refund or replacement.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 business days of inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
