The Zebra ZT411 is a full industrial 4-inch label printer β a step above the ZT231 in build, speed and expandability. This part number, ZT41142, is the 203 dpi model, which is the standard resolution for shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels and everyday 1D barcodes. It prints at up to 14 inches per second, which is the fastest thing in Zebra's 4-inch industrial line, and it side-loads media so an operator can change a roll without dismantling the label path.
This is the printer for a site that cannot afford a stopped line: high-volume e-commerce despatch, an FMCG or cold-chain distribution centre, an engineering plant printing work-in-progress labels, a 3PL running two shifts. How to Use
- Place the printer on a stable bench with clearance on the media side, connect power and switch on.
- Open the side media door, load the label roll and ribbon, and thread the ribbon onto the take-up spindle.
- Run Calibrate from the touch display so the printer measures your label length and gap.
- Connect Ethernet or USB, install the Zebra driver, or point your WMS at the printer's IP address.
- Print a test label and scan it, then tune darkness and speed β high speed with low darkness is the usual cause of a barcode that will not scan.
