How to Use

1. Push the interface cable into the base of the handle until it locks, then plug the other end into your PC or POS terminal.
2. Power up and wait for the ready indication. Over USB the scanner is seen as a keyboard, so no driver install is required.
3. Click into the barcode or item field in your billing software so the cursor is active.
4. Aim and press the trigger. Retail barcodes read out to 400 mm; hold small Data Matrix codes closer, around 10–165 mm.
5. To add a suffix, change the keyboard layout or enable extra symbologies, scan the setup barcodes from the Voyager XP 1470g user guide.
