The Honeywell ScanPal EDA52 is an enterprise-class Android handheld mobile computer built for staff who scan, check stock and update records while walking the floor. It runs Android 11 (upgradeable to Android 13) on a Qualcomm Snapdragon SM6115 octa-core processor, carries a 5.5-inch Corning Gorilla Glass 5 touchscreen, and reads 1D and 2D barcodes through the Honeywell S0703 slim imager. Unlike a consumer phone with a scanner app, the EDA52 is sealed to IP67 and rated for repeated 1.3 m drops onto concrete, so a fall off a trolley or a wet loading bay is not the end of the device.

How to Use

1. Fit the battery, charge it fully, and power on the device.
