7Semi STS35 Waterproof I2C Temperature Sensor Probe 1M

A waterproof temperature probe built around the STS35 digital sensor, reading to about ±0.1°C accuracy over a -40°C to +125°C range. The stainless-steel tip sits at the end of a 1-metre cable, letting the sensor go into liquids, soil or enclosed equipment while the electronics stay outside.
