7Semi BSS138 4-Ch I2C Bi-directional Logic Level Converter Breakout

A 4-channel bi-directional logic level converter using BSS138 MOSFETs with onboard 10K pull-ups, safely bridging devices running at different voltages — commonly 3.3V and 5V. Works for I2C as well as TTL serial and slower SPI (under 2MHz).
