How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is ₹49 (3–5 working days). Orders of ₹499 and above ship free (5–7 days). Express/Air is available from ₹99.

Do you offer COD?
Yes, on eligible pin codes (location dependent) with a ₹25 handling charge.

When is my order dispatched?
Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4 PM IST (stock permitting), from our Bengaluru unit.

Why do battery orders take longer?
Batteries ship by surface transport and may take 6–7 extra days.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
No returns/replacement except for manufacturing defects — report within 5 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — a minimum 15-day warranty on manufacturing defects; we replace or repair free of cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI and cards via Razorpay secure checkout, plus COD on eligible pin codes.

Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — GST invoices are available for business and institutional buyers on request.
